We perform a visual inspection of the premises, and take environmental samples. Samples can include molds, mold toxins and bacteria.
Inspection process can identify source of water problem which could be a roof leak, a wet basement or leaky plumbing.

Prevention plans help keep mold from reoccurring, including the use of dehumidifiers, keeping humidity levels between 30 and 50 percent and avoiding the use of carpet in areas that get damp, especially in bathrooms.
